2025 Volunteer Registration
Oral Component Volunteers Register Here
Oral Component Volunteers are need on May 14, May 15 & May 16 from 9:30-3:00pm. Training for judges will be provided.
Station Testing Day Volunteers Register Here
Volunteers for station testing are needed on May 21, 2025. All volunteers must submit their clearances in order to attend station testing day.
Clearance Information
Pennsylvania state law requires clearances every five years. The following clearances are required. The child abuse history clearance and the PSP criminal history clearance are free for volunteers.

- Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal History Clearance -If you have been a resident of Pennsylvania for the last ten years, you may sign the attached affidavit and you will not need to obtain the FBI clearance. The affidavit can also be found on our webpage—or is linked here.
- If you have lived out of state you will need the FBI clearance–FBI CODE-1kG6ZJ
