North America’s Largest High School Environmental Education Competition

Partners contribute to the Canon Envirothon 2012 competition in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, in various ways.
Below are some of the ways you can support the event.
INSERT CANON ENVIROTHON INFORMATIONAL VIDEO
RESOURCE PEOPLE/VOLUNTEERS
Assist with the recruitment and support of volunteers to sit on the various planning committees for Canon Envirothon 2012. Over 200 volunteers will be required during the week long competition July 22 – 27, 2012
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Provide financial contribution towards the expenses of the Canon Envirothon 2012 competition. The costs of the Canon Envirothon 2012 Competition are expected to be approximately $400,000.
SUPPLY MATERIALS
Provide individual items to be handed out to each participant such as their registration bag, competition t-shirt, promotional items that may be useful to the participants throughout the week, i.e., water bottles, waterproof ponchos, snacks, pencils, etc.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AS PARTNER/SPONSOR
Please refer to the Sponsorship Levels section to review the acknowledgement one will receive depending on the value of sponsorship. Additional signage, banners, and promotions are negotiable.
These options are negotiable to benefit all parties in the best possible way and to reflect the available resources.

It is our goal to make this 25th Anniversary event one that everyone will remember and we hope that you will support our efforts investing in the future of our nation’s young people, our environment, and our planet. The competitors in this event are the top environmental science students across the United States and Canada – and they are our environmental leaders of tomorrow.
The many different levels of sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are outlined below. Please consider lending your support in one of these categories.
Station Sponsor (6) - $10,000
- Company name on banner during Testing and/or Oral Component day – 2 days, 275 students and 100 volunteers
- Provide special product for the winning teams (5 students and 2 advisors per team)
- Provide volunteers during some portion or all throughout the six-day event
- Company name acknowledged in the following media avenues: brochures, newsletters, website, press releases, sponsor boards, awards banquet, 2 complimentary tickets to the awards banquet, and on at least one T-shirt that all students will wear during educational day
- Charitable donation tax receipt
Sponsor - $5,000 - $9,999
- Company name on sponsor board and in opening and closing ceremony brochures
- Provide a product (gift) with company name on it for all team members, advisors, and volunteers (600) or food product(s) to sponsor a meal or hospitality room
- Company name acknowledged in the following media avenues: brochures, newsletters, website, press releases, sponsor boards, awards banquet, 2 complimentary tickets to the awards banquet
- Charitable donation tax receipt
Sponsor - $2,500 - $4,999
- Company name on sponsor board and opening or closing ceremony brochures
- Company acknowledged in the following media avenues: brochures, newsletters, website, press releases, sponsor boards, awards banquet, 1 complimentary ticket to awards banquet
